When I move the mouse pointer into the upperleft corner of the screen, I can click the window that is running under my active application. There are no other weird spots where I can do this. The spot is meaby like 1px sized, but it causes some trouble if there is something to click at on its position, it might change the active application. What could cause this? I have set the application to run in fullscreen mode like this (VB.Net): pParams.Windowed = False ' Shouldn't this be enough?

IIRC, this has something to do with the fact that windows with XP visual styles have rounded corners in the upper left and upper right. I think you can get around this by putting the following in your form constructor:

this.SetStyle(ControlStyles.AllPaintingInWmPaint | ControlStyles.Opaque, true);

Tried that, didn't fix it. :/

sorry, that was the wrong thing I think.
try playing around with the FormBorderstyle. If you set it to None, I think this should get rid of the title bar and just have rectangle with no buttons, which would be ideal for full screen. There may be another setting which is useful too.
