I've been workin on a new IK model system based on milkshapes model format for about 24 hours now (~6 hours real coding). Basicaly it ditches the idea of keyframed animation data and runs strictly IK solvers on all the joints for full real time animation. I did this so that I wouldnt have to animate the character for things like swinging a golf club, steering a golf cart (even pushing the gas pedal), turning door knobs. Right now I'm about 50% done. I have the pelvic, both legs, and spine working. Todo still are the feet, arms and head. Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting I uploaded this google video let me know what you think. Click
