Video capture to Texture

What is the simplest way to capture live video (from tuner cards or web camera)and put it on texture in MDX or XNA? I have done this few years ago, but back then I had to use c++ dll with lots of directshow stuff, and then copy each frame from dll to my managed app. Is there a better way these days?
