GPU Gems 1 or 2

I have the chance right now to pick up one of these two books for free so I was wondering which one of these do you think is more useful and/or has articles that describes more interesting techniques?

Both are very good in my opinion, none is better than the other. You have to ask yourself what you want from the book, GPU Gems 1 focuses more on actual rendering techniques, and one of its strengths is that it have a whole section on natural effects. GPU Gems 2 includes more stuff on non-graphics related stuff and efficient implementation of some techniques ("Segment buffering" and "Optimizing resource management with multistreaming" for example). It still have lots of graphics related stuff though.
