[.net] C# entering debug event

Is there any way to catch an event such as the debugger hitting a breakpoint? I'm playing background music in a thread and half the time I hit a breakpoint to debug something, the audio file never gets released and I have to restart in order to hear sound again. If there was some event that is raised then I could just release the audio file safely before I start debugging.
