I really feel ashame by posting this, but I once got my hands on a website where all the blending modes of photoshop were explained mathematically. I just can't seem to find it anymore. Anyone would have a link to something similar? Thanks! Francis

Not all modes are specified there, and one or two are incorrect I think. I solved this by "ripping" the unspecified blend modes from Photoshop as bitmaps and used them as LUTs. Let me know if you want them.
