a proxy problem

A pc denoted a connect to destination pc denoted d by proxy pc p. Is it possible that ip of a is know by d? if the p is not hacked by d, anyway could be consided.

Are we talking about a HTTP proxy here? I'm going to assume we are. Sure, D could know A's IP address, if the proxy sends it, which some do. A lot of proxies use the X-Forwarded-For header to indicate where the traffic is really coming from.
I am not restrict topic to http proxy, I mean sock proxy.
and another problem,which proxy server software can provide sock proxy service on windows platform.
It depends on how your network is set up.

I've got an user account on a Unix server which is directly connected to the internet. To make my (Windows) laptop, which only can talk to the server, connect to the outside world I've installed cygwin and made an SSH tunnel:

ssh.exe -Nf -D PORT USERNAME@SERVER

This practically creates a SOCKS5 proxy running on PORT at my laptop.
