How to create a specific field of view

I have a 3D game that relies on the objects being in the 4th quadrant (+,-) in order to function properly. Is there a function similar to MatrixPerspectiveLH that will allow me to set my camera from (0,0) to (640,-480) EXACTLY? Thank you for your help Tlak

If you need a perspective projection matrix, then no - you'll have to calculate the matrix by hand. If you can use an orthoganal projection matrix, then you can use D3DXMatrixOrthoOffCenterLH().
