How to load a PNG from disk using D3D Mobile?

I cannot use D3DXCreateTextureFromFile() in D3D Mobile. What is the best way to load a PNG from disk, using alpha blending? Thank you

You can using the Windows CE imaging api to load PNG's. See http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms932606.aspx

This will allow your application to not have to include any additional libraries.
