KiloWatt Exporter

Hi Im trying to use the KiloWatt Exporter to export x-files from max with shaders. I have the shaders set up in materials UVW mapped onto the surface of my model. I.e. a cube with a metal reflection on 2 sides and a fur effect on the rest. Now when I come to export I have "Export Materials" and "Export Shader" ticked : but the output x file has no Effect Instances or Effect Perameters (strings, floats, DWORDs) in the material definitions. I have also noticed that if I tick the "ignore untextured" box in kilowatt, none of the faces are exported. Has anyone else had this problem? and whats wrong with how im exporting? Thanks
