Printing quotes (")

Using Microsoft Visual C++, how would I print the actual quotes character ("). My statement looks like this: cout << "Enter 'h' for "hit me" or 's' for "stand" -> "; Except this obviously gives me many error messages with the quotes around hit me and stand. Thanks
