Text on XZ plane

i have written a small directx application. now, i would like to output text on the XZ plane. anyone knows how this can be done (in simple terms pls - i'm new to this stuff) :) right now, i tried: private Microsoft.DirectX.Direct3D.Font System.Drawing.Font systemfont = new System.Drawing.Font("Arial", 12f, Fontstyle.Bold); text = new Microsoft.DirectX.Direct3D.Font(device, systemfont); text.DrawText(null, "TEXT", new Point (10,10), Color.Red); but the text it outputs is not in the 3D world. how can i achieve what i need!? thanks!!!
