Best Free Web Host
Just get a paying host, I prefer aplus.net. Pretty cheap, and very good quality. :) Solo XR Unix Hosting is what I got.. 2 domains for 119.40/yr.
www.sitesled.com is the best i've used. The only problem is that in the (i think) 2 years i've used them there have been a few (but rare) occasions the server was down. (Normally late at night, and only lasting about a half hour)
I'm assuming its just because of updates or s/t...
But its definately worth a try.
EDIT: Oh yeah, and you get 250 megs free.

For my requirements, www.110mb.com is looking quite good. However, my registration didn't go through last time, so I'll have to suspend judgement until I actually have a site x.x
