Good book for learning C#
Hello everyone, I'm taking the step from the world of C/C++ into C# and I wanted to know what really good books are out their for making the process easier. Any suggestions??
Jon
I used this book to learn C# myself and although it's quite boring gets the job done.
First C# book that pretty drilled that everything was an object in C# and difference between value/reference types.
Also first book that gave me an idea with it's charts of when I would have to explicitly cast from one object to another since you have to do that alot in C# just like java since it's strictly typed.
Alternatively this book is the book you want to get if you want to have a blast learning C# but doesn't cover everything as thourougly as first book.
