How to convert Lightwave to .X file

Does anyone have any little program that can convert .lwo files to .x files like the conv3ds.exe can convert .3ds to .x files? Or even a program that can convert the lightwave files to .3ds files would help.

I think Milkshape 3D will convert 3ds to lightwave...I''m not positive though.

3D Exploration might be worth checking out, I know it can load Lightwave, 3ds and directX files, and I think it might be able to save atleast 3ds files, and probably .X files aswell. I don't have it on the computer I'm on now, so I can't check.
