DX8 Multi Texturing

In the DX8 SDK under the multi-texturing section it states that to do multiple textures using the multipass techniqe you render the object once with the first texture, then render it again with the second texture after "Setting the D3DRS_SRCBLEND and D3DRS_DESTBLEND render states to adjust the source and destination blending factors as needed." As needed? How''s that? What settings do I use? Help me please! ----------------------------- Blue*Omega (Insert Witty Quote Here)
