[Microsoft Visual Studio] How to show dynamic text in output window?

Hello, I'm using Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Express Edition. I have created a makefile project that executes curl as build command. It provides an output in one line.

But it must change first line with the next one with some time interval. How do I achieve this? Or, at least, how do I show this output in separate lines.

The output window doesn't provide any sort of random access. You could try writing out backspace characters ("\b") and see if that deletes previous text, but I doubt it'll work.

EDIT: Ah, that's what curl will be doing, and it's clearly not working...

I don't follow... You just print the same data out over and over?
