Base constructor error in inherited class

This error "No overload for method 'Object3' takes '0' arguments", it's occuring on the constructor for "public StaticMesh(string....." i'm not sure what it means because the constructor in Object3 has one parameter, i'm not sure what's happening. Can anyone help? It's C#[MDX]
public class StaticMesh: Object3, IDisposable, IRenderable, IDynamic
        private Mesh mesh = null; 
        private Material[] meshMaterials; 
        private Texture[] meshTextures; 
        private Vector3 offset = new Vector3(0.0f, 0.0f, 0.0f);

        public Vector3 Offset { get { return offset; } }

        public StaticMesh(string name, string meshFile, Vector3 Offset, Device
