I would like some of your opinions on a beginners C++ book. About a week ago i brought Begginning Game Programming Second Edition by Jonathan S. Harbour, only to find out that i did not understand to much of it (my fault). Because it requires knowledge of C++. I've been reading the Tutorials on cprogramming.com, but i would like a book so if any of you could give me advice on some beginer books on C++ i would be greatful.

I would recommend "C++ Primer Plus" by Stephen Prata. It teaches you everything you need to know about C++. And it assume that you never had program before.
