Texture coordinate generation

Hi everyone, it's great that gamedev is back up(I have been dying with a question). So, I have a water in a game that I am bump mapping the surface of and putting a reflection in. This is being done through rendering to a texture. Now I have been using g_pD3DDevice->SetTextureStageState( 1, D3DTSS_TEXCOORDINDEX, D3DTSS_TCI_CAMERASPACEPOSITION); to generate texture coordinates but the reflection does not match up. It seems like it would work fine if I could get the coordinate generation to disreguard camera x-rotation. Does anyone know how I could do that or solve the problem another way? Thanks :)
