I highly doubt anyone here is going to send you the sample code due to the fact that as Steve mentioned, it will violate the copyright of the book as the sample and the book are sold as a unit.
There are a number of tutorials on DirectX and Game programming online in lots of different languages and formats and if you are stuck with a particular problem, just ask here or in the nooby forum depending on the problem.
