Here is a beta build of a game we are working. It is a 6 person 5 month school project (1 month design, 1 month tech design, ~2.5 months implementation) we currently have about 2.5 weeks until final build is due. The game is a first person shooter with portal support. Start the server and then start the game and pick network demo. Physics demo has seperate build options and will not work properly in this build. The game is multiplayer only so test it with some friends :) Beta download: Beta download will be back up in a few short days when we have the next stable build availible. We appreciate the given feedback. One of the main issues the previous upload had was that some people were getting stuck in a loading screen. This has been taken care off. The next build will be up after the interface revamp is done. Current Tasks: -Interface Overhaul -Lan Game Discovery/Server Select -Round Completion -Server Admin Commands -Bug Fixes Updates: Tuesday March 06, 2007 -Added missing DLLs to installer (To uninstall use Add/Remove programs). -Added screenshots. -Added grenade texture. -Fixed wall collision bug. -Added portal walkthrough flash. I'll get some posted tomorrow. The portals are created with the 'Portal Gun' and you can run, shoot and throw grenades through them.
Lets see where to begin. First off it's generally considered good taste to include some screenshots if you want people to download and test your game.

Second, your 'game' installed into a "Program Files\Your Company\" directory, and it DOESNT include a way to uninstall itself. Just package it as a ZIP file. Jesus.

Not only that, but the GAME DOESN'T WORK. It's missing 'glut.dll' or similar.

Wow, fullsail FTW.

It's 5am, forgot to bundle the DLLs, remaking installer now.
Installer has been updated with the proper DLLs now. Screenshots will be added tomorrow.
Why is it so hard to make a zip/rar ? :)
Alse screens are required if you want someone to download it!
Screenshots:

Well, the screenshots do look somewhat entertaining.

Strong words for someone that wont post under his name.
"And somewhere at the bottom he fell into darkness. That much he knew. He had fallen into darkness. And at the instant he knew, he ceased to know" Martin Eden, Jack London.
