X file texture tiling

I have created a model using the 3DSMax5 trial version and exported the "model" into a .x file. My model contains tiled textures. When loading and rendering my mesh with DirectX9 functions the textures are displayed but aren't tiled. How can I save the tile information so I could also use it with DirectX9 ? thx.

Maybe your sampler is set to clamp textures instead of tiling them? I dont think you can set these things from within a .x file, but in code you do:

Device->SetSamplerState(0, D3DSAMP_ADDRESSU, D3DTADDRESS_WRAP);
Device->SetSamplerState(0, D3DSAMP_ADDRESSV, D3DTADDRESS_WRAP);
