sorry for the incovenient question.. its kind of an RPG game it can be downlodable at tantra.ph.. and its a file that is located at the system folder.. this how it is...it is better if i send you the file

1) What is the file you're trying to modify?
2) What are you trying to do to the file?
3) Why are you trying to modify it?
4) What is the name of the game so we can download it for ourselves?

Once again what exactly are you trying to do? "how do i edit a file" can mean:
1) i want to change the password
2) i want to replace some graphics
3) i want to add some items to my character
4) how do i open it up in notepad
etc etc etc
There are 1 billion meaning for "how do i edit".
Once again, type exactly what you are trying to do. If it involves modifying a commercial game that's not possible within your technical skills. all games use different file formats, there is no magic game file editing program that can do all things for all games. each game has a specific way of editing files; most games only the publisher knows the file format so users cannot do anything meaningful with the file.
no one reasonably smart will accept a file directly from you.
