Is it possible to get a lead designer/director job in japan if you have enough experience as a lead designer. I have been search for months and I can't find the answer. If someone would know about this kind of thing I would really appreciate an answer.

Getting any job in japan is about as hard as getting a job in any other country.
If you have previous lead design experience (usually 2-4 shipped sucessful AAA products) and speak japanese fluently it shouldn't be a problem.

You pretty much have to live there aswell just as you have to live in the US to get a job in the US.
