ID3D10Buffer::Map() and Unmap()

Dear all, D3D10 documentations state that Lock() and Unlock() have been renamed to Map() and Unmap() to better represent the new architecture's support for VRAM virtualization. Despite searching the documentations, I was unable to find equivalents to offsetToLock and sizeToLock parameters that were passed to the old Lock() and Unlock() methods in the previous API. Doesn't the new architecture need such (may I say) flexibility or can the same functionality be found somewhere else? I would dearly appreciate an explanation. Thanks, Ashkan
