Indie dev article on starting the 1st game...

Hey all, I'm currently building my first game and am trying to find a certain article I read a while back on here, that focused on everyone in a dev team functioning as a cohesive unit and getting jobs done. I can't find it now! Do you know the one I'm referring to? It talked about programmers not arbitrarily telling the artists what to make and when to make it, and also the artists having the same patience; everyone understanding the order in which things must occur and get done. It was a great article, but I can't find it now...perhaps you know where it is? Or maybe better, a different article on the same subject? Any leads are much appreciated! I was gonna have my team all read it.
