audio question

I'm developing a DirectX10 engine. Now it's time for Audio Seems that DirectSound doesn't work well on Vista (doesn't support hardware accelleration right?). So I need alternatives: XACT or OpenAL I've never used them, what is the better one in your opinion? I need 3D audio and I'm not interested in multiplatform (my engine will be only DirectX10 and so running only on Vista). thank you
