Want to implement these in Direct3d

1) Are there any ways I can load a compressed model from VC Resource pool? (.NET 2002) 2) Are there any ways to do Object Space interpolation? I want to program Inverse Kinematics instead of having the animation fixed with the animationset.. like a hand approaching a pen... and I would use animationset to animate the fingers to grasp the pen or maybe also doing it in code etc Because of the location of the pen is artbilary, no matter where it is, I want to pick it up.... :) Any help is appreciated!
