I just got playing around in Gimp for the past hour or so. Needless to say, I like the blur/smudge tool. So... what have you people been working on lately?

currently using 3ds max 7 and photoshop cs2, i also use crazybump when i can.

Jarrod, I don't know if it's my monitor but most of the indoors scene are too dark for me to see. The casino is great though!

yeah, i apologise for that. thats the difficult part of showing complex lit scenes through images over the internet. people have different monitor settings, and unlike ingame they can not up the brightness as easily. perhaps you could try turning iup your brightness and contrast a bit temporarly? on my two monitors no part of the pictures are not visible because of being too dark.

i really don't think my lighting is too horrible, but because the book was only $10 i have it ordered with expedited shipping, hopefully i'll recieve it by friday :).
