I think he intends to.. he just wants to make sure he burns the bridge before he leaves...

Word of advice; it's a very very small industry, so don't make any enemies unless you have to, you never know who they know.

I mean just in general, not just him. If the others guys feel the same then they would leave right? Does the OP know what the general staff overturn is?
