I have a routine that loads some data from an xml file, and then I want to make a list of labels that represent each node. It all works fine, except they all appear on the same line! I make a new label for each xml node, and then us Div.Controls.Add() to add it in. I just need to know how you put a newline between them. Thanks in advance, Bender

Use a literal control:

Label a = new Label();
a.Text = "first label";

Literal b = new Literal();
b.Text = "\n"; // <-- here is your new line character

Label c = new Label();
c.Text = "second label";

Div.Controls.Add(b); // <-- and here we insert it
