Environment Cube Bump Mapping

Hello, Im searching HLSL Sourcecodes which show how to make an object reflective with environment cube mapping AND bumpy with normal mapping (so a combination of normal mapping and environment mapping, to achieve something like this: http://www.shadermark.de/ShaderMarkv2-Dateien/image012.jpg). GLSL Sources would be also ok. thanks for any help!

If you download NVidia FX Composer, it has a good one called BumpGlossed. You can't see the environment map as much, but that's just because the value is low, it's there you just have to change the parameters.


It also has some other good normal mapping examples in there.
