Direct3D.Texture constructor aint working!!

My program crashes on this line:
	Texture texture = new Texture(device, bmp.Width, bmp.Height, 1, Usage.Dynamic, Format.R8G8B8, Pool.Managed);
Please help!

What is "crashes"?

Usage.Dynamic isn't supported for Pool.Managed. Use Usage.WriteOnly or Usage.None.
