OpenGL positioning a camera

Hi, I have a camera in opengl with a view angle of 30 degrees. I have a plane in space, for which I know the length of all sides. I've already positioned the camera to look directly at the center point of the plane. I need to know how far away from the plane I have to position the camera so the entire plane is in the camera's field of view (don't want the plane to get cropped at all). Is there some formula like: DistanceFromPlane = ? * viewAngle; Thanks
