OpenGL definition of pixels

when I trace a form like sphere,cube,etc... ,i don't know the pixelwidth or the pixelheight ,i think the parametres of pixels was definited with opengl himself, the question is how can i change the pixelwidth and the pixelheight in opengl? for example pixelwidth=0.0112f=pixelheight thanks

If, by "width" of a pixel, you mean the size in openGL units, then the GL_PROJECTION matrix is the part of the API which maps viewed objects to the screen. This is where you will have to set the correct dimensions, probably as an orthogonal matrix with the correct scale.
