Substract One mesh from Another

Hye I want some help. I want to do substract one 3d object from another 3d object. how it is possible. or any tutorial regarding this matter then post it. thanks in advance. i want my own library to do so. So if any algorithm for that than reply me. [Edited by - NetGuru on May 9, 2007 5:47:59 AM]

I'll move this over to GP&T for you - the DirectX API doesn't directly offer you any CSG features and the various approaches to achieving this can be quite complicated [smile]

One method is to use BSP trees. The link hereunder is for Delphi, but the article is general. You'll find plenty of information on BSP trees, including in the same site.
