Matrix Transformation Question

My homeworkometer is bleeping, so you're only getting some advice.

    Transformation of a polygon is defined to be exactly transformation of its vertices.

    Anticlockwise rotation in the xy-plane by θ about the origin can be described by composing the z-axis rotation matrix with the vertex's column position-vector.

    Dilation is uniform scaling by a factor greater than one.

    Translations can also be represented in matrix notation.

    Matrix (and vector) multiplication is associative, so you can achieve an equivalent result by composing the three matrices before applying to the position vector.
