OO diagrams

Hello people I was wondering if there is anyone out there can can class diagrams, sequence diagrams and state chart diagrams. am desperate. please help me if you know how

You probably want a book on UML or you could just google for basic instructions.

And I'm sure everyone has their own favorite tool, but I like to use UML Pad.

There's also Visio out there. I can't say I loved it, but it's another option.
You can also use Microsoft Visio to make UML diagrams.

I've been meaning to start diagramming in UML but I've been slacking on learning it. I just downloaded UMLPad and immediately began diagramming. That's exactly what I needed! Thanks++
