OpenGL Searching for a SDL and OpenGL based Library ...

Hello, I want to know if anybody knows a good graphics primitive library based on OpenGL? I need a library which must have: - Graphics primitives like lines, rects aso. but they must be hardware accelerated - Sprites ... optionally animated sprites - Font drawing Of course it must offer the possibility: - To select a drawing area so all drawing procedures are operating only in this area. - to have alpha transparency support. The thing is that I'm writing a widget library so one of the most important feature is drawing area selection. My widget library was designed for DirectX but I want to change it to use OpenGL.
