C# Equivalent of a C++ Vector

I have been using vectors in C++ for an expandable array of structures. What would I use in C# as an equivalent that will serve the same purpose.

Or System.Collections.Generic.List<> which is 'templated' so you have a better match for the C++ functionality, including type safeness.
