There are a couple of ways you can do it.

Option 1) go to motorola developer homepage here and download the latest SDK which includes MIDway that can allow you to transfer MIDlets to your phone.
- The catch to this option is that the java apploader must be enabled. To check go to settings->java and see if it has the option. (My guess is that it won't).

Option 2) Over the air (OTA) is the most standard way of sending MIDlets to mobile phones since some manufacturers do not allow any transferring of MIDlets via cable.
- It is quite simple: all you need is a basic web server with the correct MIME types set (most come with these already set, but it's best to check to make sure!):
For the JAR:
application/x-java-archive (Some phones prefer application/java-archive)

For the JAD:
text/vnd.sun.j2me.app-descriptor

Note: Some phones require an absolute URL in the MIDletURL entry in the JAD.
Then all you need to do is point your phone's browser at the JAD and voila your MIDlet will be downloaded.
