I've been using notepad for ever for html, xml, css, php, js, etc. What is a good syntax highlighting editor that has support for several different syntaxes? Thank you.

I personally like Editplus. I've been using it at work, it's got some cool features. I haven't written any code with it, but the highlighting is great for html, css, jsp, etc.

I've been doing the demo of e-TextEditor, which is a Windows clone of the awesome Textmate editor on Mac. There is a license fee that will apply once its out of beta, but the software seems really nice... it's very extensible through TextMate bundles.
