Resize effect on textures rendered on to...

i am doing some post-processing bloom/blur effects on a lamborghini :D but somehow size of window and size of the render-to-textures are effecting the resulting texture shown on the screen. and resizing window (also resets the resources & device) can straighten the result or ruin the result for example: the window and texture sizes are: 800*600: http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g45/CoRe_eYe/beforeresize.jpg i resize the window: http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g45/CoRe_eYe/afterresize.jpg all sizes of window bigger than a size i dont know makes the result always come correct. what is the connection, what must be my texture sizes? or how can i correct if there is a bug? i am using MDX and C#. thanks.
