Hi, Can someone please explain to me (with examples) or point me to a website with examples of defuzzification. As far as I know, defuzzification involves turning fuzzy values into real values. I know how to carry out max defuzzification, singleton defuzzification and the theory behind centroid method. But uh I haven't really looked at many examples and I'm not sure if my knowledge is correct. Thanks, Space-J

If you know these things then what's the problem? Or is it that you don't understand these methods properly? If you've read some materials but don't understand them, you'll need to point out what you're having trouble with so that an appropriate response can be given. Otherwise we'd be just reiterating the same things you've read that presumably aren't conveying an appropriate understanding to you.

Cheers,

Timkin
