Changing a command to client side.

I have say and team say. They are currently server side commands. I am unsure on how to change them to client side. So can anyone help me with some information or some resources? Thank you.
I don't have enough context to advise you on anything. What language is this in? What networking system is it? How are client messages sent and received on the server?

I am using c++ express. The networking system is wire. I believe it is a custom system but I am not 100% sure. I don't know how they are sent. Perhaps that is part of my problem.
Yes, it is 99% of your problem. There's nothing we can advise to you without knowing exactly how your current commands are implemented, what system they're part of, what facilities you have available, etc.
