Does Visual C++ 2005 Express work with Vista?

I was wondering if Visual C++ 2005 Express works with Windows Vista? I understand theres a patch you have to download to make it work correctly.

I did it only a few days ago, so definitely yes.
I didn't install a patch, but Vista was pre-installed on my (brand new) notebook, so perhaps it was already present (or it got installed automatically without me noticing).

Oh, that's good! I was putting off downloading it for the Vista boot because I couldn't be bothered jumping through the hoops.
