I am looking at using Doxygen for source commenting but I wanted to know what others are using. Particularly people doing development in multiple languages and in different os's. I am currently working in Java, C, C++ and various web language s on Linux, Windows and soon Mac. Because of this I am trying to reduce the number of tools or applications that I need in different environments whenever I can. Thanks, Casey

Doxygen. Runs on all three mentioned platforms, deals with C++, C, Java, and some web scripting languages. Does not handle the POSIX shell or any of the DOS shells very well, but since writing extensive code in those languages is stupid, it's not a problem.

I think I am going to give natural docs a try. One thing I didn't like about Doxygen was it was really ugly looking.

Thanks.
