MDX Cameras

I'm looking over some tutorials, and they get into cameras, but it doesn't explain some of it.
device.Transform.Projection = Matrix.PerspectiveFovLH();

device.Transform.View = Matrix.LookAtLH();

It explains all the parameters, but not those lines.

The projection matrix describes what the camera can see from it's current position. As many tutorials will tell you, the projection matrix defines the shape of the view frustum (see below), by taking parameters for the angle at the top (FOV Angle), the aspect ratio of the basis and the near and far clipping planes.

The view matrix essentially defines what the camera is looking at from what position, i.e. how the frustum is oriented around its position. This follows from the target and position parameters. For a more indepth treatise on cameras, check out this page.
