Hi all, I am currently stuck with a problem that is driving me crazy. I build a filter graph in Directshow to convert MPG's and AVI's to WMV's. The code I produced runs absolutely fine with one exception. Movie's with no audio track stops me running the filter graph as the ASF writer that writes the WMV seems to expect 2 inputs (one audio & one video). I have tried configuring the writer using custom profiles that only specify a video stream and not an audio. I have also tried setting the media type on the writer to just video using AM_MEDIA_TYPE and SetFileName on the file sink. Neither of these methods produce a writer filter that only expects one input. I save the graph each time and view in graph edit, this shows the unconnected pin on the writer ??? Please help !!! Cheers guys and gals Stewart
